Beachfront 116

Your staff is fantastic and generally very welcoming, professional and polite. Our feedback here is specifically for unit 116.... On our first two days staying in this unit. We woke up to giant texas size roaches. One in the shower on day 1 and one right in the middle of the kitchen dining area on day 2. Needless to say, we don't pay our harder money to go on a vacation to have to worry about dragging roaches back home with us. I reported this to the office and let them know I would appreciate them sending somebody out to take care of the apparent bug problem. Checks up and to also give us at least a ten percent discount on our stay. Due to the inconvenience. The girl in the office said they would reach out to the owners. And that I should hear from someone on their side that day. Unfortunately, we never heard from anybody on their end. In addition to this disappointment, the specific unit had a broken microwave (although a smaller countertop one was functional), had missing light fixtures, and the oven could not be used as while trying to preheat it one evening, it started smoking horribly almost instantly. I thought it might kick off the smoke detectors, so I decided to turn it off. In addition, the bathroom closest to the master bedroom smelled so bad (almost like a light sewage smell) that we kept that door closed and used the secondary bathroom the entire time we were there.
